What is a Positive Cash Flow Property?


A positive cash flow property is a revenue property that generates a  positive return on your investment at the end of a calendar year.

For example, if I buy a property for $100,000 and at the end of the year after paying off all of my expenses related to the property ( not including a mortgage ) I earn $3000 profit, then I have a Positive Cash Flow Property with a 3% R.O.I  / year ( Return on Investment  ).
